The Queen of Hearts Casino Night in Rochester, NY is an annual fundraiser hosted by the nonprofit Good People Deserve Wins Too to remove financial barriers for young local athletes.
Moxie coordinated and marketed the fourth annual event, held at La Luna overlooking the Genesee River. The night ran on professional casino dealers, live music from Uptown Groove, red carpet photo moments, and performances, built as an evening people would want to attend on its own terms. The marketing carried the mission alongside the glamour, so every ticket buyer and sponsor understood exactly where the money goes.
The 2025 event funded support for nineteen local youth athletes. The 2026 target was at least twenty-five. The result is a fundraiser people look forward to, and a funding engine for kids who would otherwise sit out the season.
